Dell XPS 17 9730 to Dell U2723QE Receiving Power But No Display Signal

My Dell XPS 17 9730 has been connected to the Dell U2723QE monitor the same way, using the included USB-C cable and was working fine for months. After moving to a different location for a few weeks and returning to the setup, the laptop receives power but the monitor is not receiving a display signal. I tried updating all drivers as well as uninstalling the USB drivers with no luck.
