Dell XPS 15 9560 Docking station Recommendation 2025?

Hi
What are the recommended/compatible docking station options for Dell XPS 9560 as of March 2025?

I understand XPS 9560 has 130W power supply.  Does this mean I need a docking station with at least 130W power also? (Some come with 180W adaptor. Most online docking station options seem to have 100W power).
Looking to use USB-C port and support dual monitors.

Is there anything else I need to consider?
Is Dell WD15 the best compatible option?
I can also see WD 19TB listed as compatible option in older chats?

Example options I think are compatible for Dell XPS 15 9560:
Dell WD15 Monitor Dock 4K with 180W Adapter, USB-C, (450-AEUO, 7FJ4J, 4W2HW)

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dell-Monitor-Adapter-450-AEUO-4W2HW/dp/B01C8PHWQY

Dell Dock WD19 130W
Dell Dock WD19 180W
(not sure if these just have different power adaptors)

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

There are no non-Dell docking stations that will supply 130W to the system.  These are limited to a max of 100W and sometimes less.   You should be able to get 130W from a Dell dock with a 180W PS connected to it.

The rest of the decision depends on what else you want to connect to the dock.  If it's a high resolution monitor, Thunderbolt is better than USB-C.

Many thanks ejn63.
I pretty much want to connect 2 (high res) Dell monitors.
I understand the Thunderbolt port vs USB-C better now you've explained it - learning! I've noted that Dell TB options would be better.  Also note that ebay/refurbished options popular to bring the price down.
Had another search and I'm still a bit baffled which docking station is compatible or best.

Do you have any suggestions based on those requirements?
Looking for Thunderbolt Docking station compatible with Dell XPS 15 9560 laptop (which has 130W power adaptor)
to be used to connect 2 high res Dell monitors (and mouse).

Before you make the upgrade, since this system is advanced in age I would make sure it has had internal maintenance, including  a thorough cleaning and replacement of the thermal pads, which if original are likely dried out and not doing the job.  Driving two external monitors will stress the system markedly and generate much more heat than you've been seeing.

Any of the WD19T or WD22T docks will do the job.

All good advice  - many thanks!

(Definitely wouldn't have considered internal maintenance - noticed some threads mentioning the fan was very noisy once they were using docking station though - presumably with additional monitors - so could be something other people not aware of either).
