Dell XPS 15 9550 laptop, TPM 2.0 upgrade?

XPS 15 9550 laptop will not upgrade Windows 10 to Windows 11, possibly due to TPM 1.2.

I googled for instructions whether it is possible to update to TPM 2.0, and found this page:

However those instructions seem out of date, the page looks nothing like in those instructions, there is no "drop-down category box" with Security in it.

So where can I find whether this laptop is eligible for a TPM 2.0 upgrade? I can provide the service tag if needed, but I am unsure if it is too personal information (I entered it to the page above to get the precise instructions for this model).
