Dell XPS 15 9520: Win32 Watchdog and Video TDR Failure BSODs occur very frequently only on battery

Dell XPS 15 9520 (around 2 years old)

I'm not sure if this is related, but when I got the laptop, I got a bsod every month and the laptop would reboot and try to bios network boot, but then when I rebooted it it would go to the recovery screen, and I would just click restart and it would reboot into Windows fine. I suspected it was an issue with the SSD and replaced the SSD (cloning the old disk to the new) and that BSOD went away. The computer rebooted too fast for me to catch the error code and there was nothing stored on event viewer about the BSOD.

What's happening now:

A few months ago, I started getting the VIDEO TDR Failure whenever I was on battery, but recently, I started getting the Win32k watchdog error. I reinstalled both my Nvidia graphics driver and my integrated graphics driver. The errors still persisted while I was on battery, but my computer never blue screened while my laptop was charging. I also used the "fix problems using windows update" utility. The errors still persist while I am on battery. At most, five minutes after I go off of the charger, my computer will BSOD due to either one of the two, making the laptop borderline unusable while on battery.

What should I do?

What condition is the battery in?  Open a command prompt with admin privilege and type

powercfg /batteryreport

What are the current and design capacity figures for the battery?
