Dell XPS 13 Plus 9320 webcam not being detected
After a recent Windows update, not sure which one it was, my webcam stopped being detected. My Camera Sensor OV01A has Error code 51 and my Intel(R) Visual Sensing Controller Device has Error code 43. I've tried downloading the newest Intel 2D Imaging/MCU/Visual Sensing Controller Driver for Camera that was released on 1/30/2025 and the newest BIOS but yet nothing has worked. I've looked at the old community post but it didn't change. Reinstalling the sensors disable and re-enabling the camera through the device manager and BIOS, nothing.

Follow the solution at this thread to see if it will help. Remember to tick the box to remove associate app and driver when uninstall the camera driver with error issue from Device Manager.

@Chino de Oro Unfortunately this did not work. I've tried uninstalling and removing the drivers the sensors that had issues as well but no luck.

@Chino de Oro I'm still getting no luck and my 9320 isn't compatible with the 9350 driver.

Re: .....and my 9320 isn't compatible with the 9350 driver
I was suggesting to review that thread for the working solution. But, don't use the 9350 driver. After uninstalling your camera and its associate driver from Device Manager, you need to download and install this new camera driver for your system https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=d69jd&oscode=wt64a&productcode=xps-13-9320-laptop

@Chino de Oro I've already done this.
