Dell XPS 13, faulty track pad
I bought a Dell XPs 13 about a month ago. I am a student and this computer has been causing me issues with a faulty track pad since 2 weeks ago. I was told since I was out of the return window (I was about 4 day out) I could get a refund. It think this is the worst experience I have had with Dell. I will NOT ever be recommending a Dell of any type to relatives friends or family. <Soliciting other users to act is a violation. See the Forum Code of Conduct. DELL-Admin>

What is the issue you are having with the track pad? Please provide as much information as you can as well as any troubleshooting steps you have done to try and resolve the issue.
