Dell XPS 13 boot looping
I need assistance with my Dell XPS 13 laptop. I attempted a factory reset, but it was interrupted and the laptop shut off at 63%. Now, it's stuck in a boot loop. I tried accessing the BIOS to perform a data wipe, but that only made things worse. The laptop keeps running a system pre-check, finding no issues, but then it returns to the pre-check again. Despite following various troubleshooting steps, I can't get past this loop. I'm seeking help to diagnose and fix the issue, as I rely heavily on this laptop for my daily tasks. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to prepare bootable install media for whatever OS you have on the system. What OS is that, and exactly which XPS model (9350, etc.) do you have?

Use a flash drive 8G or larger to create Windows 10 media -- with that connected, press F12 at powerup and boot the system from the flash drive. That will kick off the installation of Windows 10.
