Dell XPS 13 boot looping

I need assistance with my Dell XPS 13 laptop. I attempted a factory reset, but it was interrupted and the laptop shut off at 63%. Now, it's stuck in a boot loop. I tried accessing the BIOS to perform a data wipe, but that only made things worse. The laptop keeps running a system pre-check, finding no issues, but then it returns to the pre-check again. Despite following various troubleshooting steps, I can't get past this loop. I'm seeking help to diagnose and fix the issue, as I rely heavily on this laptop for my daily tasks.
