Dell XPS 13 9365 device's touchscreen is not working after a format

I'm reaching out for assistance with my Dell XPS 13 9365. The touchscreen has become unresponsive after a clean install of Windows. I've tried multiple Windows versions (10 Home, 10 Pro, and 11 Pro) but the issue persists. Prior to the format, the touchscreen was working perfectly. I've attempted to resolve the problem by disabling and re-enabling the touchscreen in Device Manager and installing the latest drivers from Microsoft, but these solutions have been unsuccessful. Dell SupportAssist has not detected any hardware issues. I'm hoping you can provide some guidance on how to troubleshoot this problem.
