Dell XPS 13-9350 - Volume Controls Non-Functional after Firmware 1.19.1 Update
Hi all,
Apparently when I conducted a new firmware update of the Dell BIOS firmware to 1.19.1 for Dell XPS 13 9350, the volume controls on the capacitive touch panel no longer function normally. Not sure what happened but the volume controls are important to me as I do video editing and listen to music. Not urgent since there are other "software methods" to control the volume. Please assist.

I have the same problem, but managed to fix it by uploading a driver update from the Dell site. Try this. Go to the Dell Drivers & Downloads website, enter your service tag, search for "Audio" drivers, download the latest version, and restart your computer. That's what I did, then everything's fine now. :)
