Dell XPS 13 9350 (2024) left sepaker is not functioning properly.

I have a Dell XPS13 9350 (Intel Core Ultra 7 258V model). I noticed that the left speaker doesn't produce sound when playing videos! Further testing revealed that as long as the volume (about 15% or more, and the issue is more easily triggered when playing music with heavy bass), the left speaker will not produce sound and will occasionally make a 'pop' sound. Even using the Windows sound test, the left speaker can only produce two sounds or no sound at all, while the right speaker can produce three sounds normally. However, Bluetooth headphones work fine and all diagnotics can pass. Has anyone else using this laptop encountered the same issue?

I already sent email to Dell two weeks, replaced speaker, did many tests including re-installed Windows, tried different different Windows version (23H2 and 24H2), different version of audio drivers, different driver of any possible devices, spent one week but the problem is still existed. I don't know what else I can do now. This laptop has 4 years Prosupport plus service...
