Dell XPS 13 9315 – Black Screen After Logo, Caps Lock Blinks (7 Times White, 2 Times Amber)
Hello,
I’m having an issue with my Dell XPS 13 9315. When I power on the laptop, the Dell XPS logo briefly appears on the screen, but immediately after that, the screen goes completely black and nothing else loads.
The only visible activity after that is the Caps Lock LED blinking in a repeating pattern: 7 white blinks followed by 2 orange blinks.
Could you please help confirm the meaning of this LED code and advise on the next steps for repair or troubleshooting?

This is a display failure. While you can check the cable that connects the display to the mainboard, most likely you'll need a new display assembly.

@yasorno I couldn't repair it; the computer is here without a solution. I wasted my money buying this computer, which I thought was good, but it isn't.
