Dell XPS 13 9300
Hey i am using the Dell XPS 13 9300 for Work. I want to use 2 external monitors with a 1440p resolution and 144hz refresh rate with it. I bought the UGREEN Revodok 206 USB C Hub to connect the monitors. I have two problems now. First Problem: Windows says that the power supply is not strong enough, how much watt does the hub have to support in order to work for the XPS 13 9300? And the second problem is that i can't use my two monitors with 144hz, just with 60hz and the maximum displayed in windows is 120hz, but if i set it to 120hz the resolution goes down to 800x600px.
Is my notebook not capable of doing Dual 1440p@144hz or is my USB C Hub the problem?
Thanks in advance :)

The graphics question is the easier one to answer - no, the GPU in this system cannot drive 1440p at at 144 Hz. It can do 4K at 60 Hz but any higher refresh will be cut in resolution. Consider 60 Hz the limit -- and even if the system could drive a higher refresh, it's just not going to be able to handle that from a thermal management standpoint.
Are you using the OEM Dell power supply with the dock? It's only 45W -- and the dock consumes some power so that's the likely cause of the message you're seeing. The dock is supposed to be able to supply 100W, but a Thunderbolt 4 port will cut that to 90W max -- if you have a high enough capacity power supply connected to it.

@ejn63 are you sure about the gpu? With one monitor it worked perfectly for hours with 1440p and 144hz.

One monitor perhaps (assuming the system temperatures aren't too high that throttling occurs). Two of them -- no way.

@ejn63 and without the system temperature problem, would it theoretically just from the tech spec be able to run two of them?

I think you have your answer based on your original post. If the second monitor causes the 120 Hz config into a reduced resolution, it's a GPU bandwidth issue. You likely can drive the two monitors at 60 Hz, but not 120.
What you're trying to do would be better with a notebook with a discrete GPU or an external GPU.
