DELL XPS 13 7390 screen replacement

XPS 13 7390

XPS 13 7390

Hello. Please help me with the DELL laptop's LCD Screens (Top cover).
So, I need to replace the LCD screen on my XPS 13 7390 (with touchscreen but not 2-1 laptop), due to often screen flickering, black screen on startup, and other stuff (during diagnostic in service they told me that problems with raven cable and smth like that), 8 white 2 amber code. I try to find any screens, but they cost like a pre-owned XPS, so it's not a good idea to buy them. But, I found one display that fits 7390 and for 9380 on https://www.parts-people.com/index.php?action=item&id=29525, but I read on the DELL support community forum that its completely different laptops and those LCDs are not compilable. I entered service tag on parts-people and it told me that screen is fitting for 7390...
So my 2 questions:
1. Will fit any display from XPS 13 9380 to XPS 13 7390? Because 9380 is cheaper and I have the opportunity to choose between lots of items when 7390 screens are 300+$ and there are only 2-5 items on eBay...
2. If my laptop with touch (but not 2-1) can I replace it with a non-touch LCD (whole top cover)?

So, I changed the screen on my 7390 from 9380, even more - my old one was with touch, while the new one was w/o touch (less cost) so, you can easily swap it and save money because 7390 screens cost x2.

It was service not from Dell, it was general service that handles a lot of laptop brands. Btw, I won't use service shops because in official and unofficial services price is bigger than the used LCD on eBay and I can replace the screen by myself, according to the video it's easy.

I'm not 100% sure if in your post you said Dell already serviced your laptop? If they did, why didn't they replace the screen?

Well, if you are buying used LCDs on eBay you're going to be taking another risk there. I've experimented with stuff like this on my own systems before, but I rather not advise you on the same sort of experimentation on your own system.

Why not just buy the correct part from parts-people.com?

Yes, it may be a bit more expensive, but you also have a business backing up the compatibility and service.  With an EBay purchase, most often you do not -- and note that most sellers will not accept a screen for exchange once you've purchased it.

1. In my first post you can see link on parts-people store, where one screen fitting to the 9380 and to my 7390, but it's out of stock and that's why I asked here, maybe, if it fitting from 9380 as told me parts people?

2. Your link for 2-1 laptops and it's 100% different screens.
