Dell XPS 13 7390 Screen Flickering
XPS 13 7390
My laptop has a 4K display, but when I change the display from 4K to 1080p, there is some flickering. When I select an option in the settings or browser, the brightness lowers slightly, and returns to normal when I move the cursor away. I don't know how to solve this issue.

get the support assistant and make sure the drivers are updated
