Dell Unifying Receiver - KM7321W
Hi Everyone,
I have an issue with my Dell Unifying Receiver that comes with the KM7321W Keyboard and Mouse. A few moments ago, after an update from the Dell Peripheral manager. The device went into a dead state. More specifically, it's not being recognized in Device Manager and not connecting to either the keyboard and mouse.
I have seen the post mentioned below: KM5221W - Dell Universal Receiver Needs Reflash (FW) after "accomplished" update in Dell Peripheral Manager. I found that my issue is slightly different. Mine shows up as nRF24LU1P-F32 BLD and not nRF24LU1P-F32 BOOT LDR that is being commonly described.
I have nevertheless tried running FW Updater Tool with the error below:
Any advices for me? The set is less than a year old.

To anyone still having this problem, I didn't listen to @Chris Mutura 's post here: Wireless Dell Universal Pairing Receiver Firmware update error | Page 3 | DELL Technologies where it is mentioned to choose a driver that generally means USB external device. I went with one of the USB keyboards randomly. After that, open peripheral manager and check for updates and install. You may not find your receiver there immediately but when you check for updates it will show an update for the receiver. Install it and you are back in business.
