Dell Thunderbolt Dock – WD22TB4 is preventing my XPS 15 9520 from restarting
Every time I start or restart my Dell XPS 15 9520, and I have it plugged into my Dell Thunderbolt Dock – WD22TB4, my bios will prevent my computer from starting as the bios continuously starts and stops. Not until I unplug my WD22TB4 will my computer fully reboot. I so not have issues when computer is plugged into its power cable or when it not plugged in at all.
Dell Thunderbolt Dock – WD22TB4 not able to to plug two monitors at once using the both DP (DisplayPort) at once. I am having issues plugging in two monitors into the two display ports on the WD22TB4. When I do, both screens go blank and say they are disconnected. I have changed out the DP cables, and the issue persists. The displays work when I use the HDMI port and one of the DP Ports WD22TB4. When I first purchased the WD22TB4, I was able to use both DP ports for two monitors in extend.
