Dell Support Is Not Helping

About 75 days in now on my problem with no resolution....I have an XPS 16 9640. The screen quit working. A tech came on site and replaced the screen. Afterwards, the screen was working but the web cam no longer works. A tech came back out to troubleshoot only to say it was an OS issue, and directed me to call support. Spent several hours on support call to no avail. Sent the laptop in. The laptop was sent back within 1 day, claiming to be fixed. The same exact problem persists. How do I get in touch with someone at Dell who can actually help resolve the issue? I am tired of calling and wasting time with support. I would really like a refund for this lemon that Dell has produced.
