Dell support gives consumer a run- around

Yes ,wonderful Dell Support ,so efficient...but all is same outcome: a defective,expensive Laptop has not been repaired by Dell when under warranty.Insted the customer over a six month period has returned the item, received it back ' repaired'.

The laptop is defective, has not been in use over that six month period, and over the four years since purchase has not been used much.

Now why should ANY consumer be advised to waste a lot of money on a Dell rip- off?
