Dell Support Assist Unspecified Warning
When I run a hardware test my result shows:
Default scan- Warning (followed by date)
There is no reference to this warning- all elements show Passed
My question is - What does this Warning relate to?
I'm aware of problems with Support Assist in general but this is worrying,
Thanks, joe

@DELL-Cares
As mentioned Support Assist
produces a result showing all hardware as Passed yet includes a Warning but no reference as to which hardware this Warning applies.
Support Assist seems unreliable given recent posts about Windows update compatibility…
Could this be another compatibility issue or should I take the Warning seriously?
thanks s joe read

I am having this same problem on my new Precision 3460 - it has returned this message since the first time I ran SA on it. I asked Dell Tech Support and they didn't have an answer either. C'mon Dell - you need to solve this.

Same here, all tests passed but saying warning. No indication to what kind of warning, happens on smaller scan with only a couple of tests too. Going to run the preboot ePSA diagnostic now through the boot selection menu, wish me luck. Doubt theres anything wrong.

Amen to this - Again! Even Dell Tech Support people can't give me an answer. Hard to believe that after all this time and this many comments, Dell hasn't found the answer to this. So to repeat joeread's comment - IS anyone reading this??!! What else is Support Assist getting wrong? - hope that there are no "Pass" results for actual problems - we rely on these tests.

Twice 3 pm this afternoon I received warnings on scan hardware, but details showed all passed.
This evening, restarted, ran scan test third time. This time a green circle with a check mark.
The computer is almost a year old. I run Support Assist once or twice a week. Today was the first time this issue arose. Hopefully the last.

Same: "warning" but all tests passed. I run weekly. Inspiron 3880, just went out of warranty, no anomalies in operation. Interesting to see Support Assist has a queasy reputation. The comment above mentions a green circle with a checkmark. On mine there's a light green field with the word "completed". The "warning" is that word on an orange field.
