Dell Pen PN5122W and 16-in-1 laptop - peripheral manager doesn't have stylus icon
Brand new (delivered yesterday) -- everything in documentation says that when I open peripheral manager, there should be a "stylus icon" for me to tap in the pen. No icon and if I hit "add device" a pen isn't one of the options. ??

@DELL-Nat M Thanks. Going to try this. Suggestion: When I downloaded the peripherals manager, this should have been suggested by the website at the same time. (and chat doesn't work on weekends, I proved that already). :)

@DELL-Nat M more help, please. chat won't talk to me because a pen doesn't have a service tag (should I use my computer's?). downloaded the suggested driver. when i opened peripherals manager it updated and at least now has a pen option (see attached picture). but touching my pen to the screen (I waited a slow count of 20) doesn't bring up the "yes" option. -thankyou!

@TanyaDphx Yes, please start a Get Help Now chat using your Dell 16 Plus service tag. After you get assigned to an agent, kindly explain the issue with the pen.

@TanyaDphx Never mind - I restarted, tried again, and it worked. Thank you for your help. (website help needs vast improvement on this issue)
