Dell laptop blinking lights, 3 amber 3 white. Still functioning normally.

My Dell laptop has blinking lights, 3 amber 5 white. I looked it up, and it said that the code was power rail failure. However, my laptop is working just fine with no noticeable issues. I ran the full system scan which showed no issues. I took it to my IT department, and a guy ran a more thorough scan which also showed no issues. He was very perplexed as he said that in the 18 years he's been working there, he has never seen a laptop come in with blinking lights like that and still function normally.
