Dell Is not the laptop for you
listen, I got this Brand-new Dell XPS a year ago it was the XPS 13 plus dells new flagship xps line. 6 months into using it the camera, face ID and Touch Bar stopped working, let me remind you this computer is over 1000 dollars well I sent into dell, and they fixed it because it was under the warranty. well 6 months later the problem repairs the camera, face ID and Touch bar stop working only this time it's out of warranty. I call dell and was transferred to 3 different departments that all said the same thing there's nothing we can do your going to have to pay for the repair. keep in mind I did not break the hardware it stopped working because of faulty design. dell repair technicians wanted to make me pay 500 dollars to fix the issues and there was no way I was going to pay for dells faulty craftsmanship. do not buy from dell their support is only good if you buy the 200-dollar premium support warranty package and even, they are stingy and try to find a way to make it seem like it's your fault, so they don't have to cover it. If you're looking for a sound and reliable computer, get a MacBook air, I got mine and I am in love with it, and it is built way better and is way better quality. this is coming from someone who swore they would never leave windows PC, but Mac is a whole lot better.
