Dell Gaming Laptop not turning on
I have a problem when I press the power button on my Dell Gaming Laptop, the charging starts to blink and the power button lights turns on and then off after 2 seconds, the fan continues to blow for 20 more seconds then the computer cuts off. Also in the process nothing displays on the screen, these are steps I've tried
1. Pull the battery
2. Unplug the power
3. Remove the memory, hard drive and any cards like WIFI
4. Plug the power only back in
Try to power on the unit.
5. Took out the Cmos
6. Took the ram out and then put them back in.
No Events found!

If you have more than one memory module, try one at a time to see if a memory module (or socket) is bad. Beyond that, you have a bad mainboard.
If the system is in warranty, call Dell for repair. If it's out of warranty, whether or not the repair will make economic sense depends on the age of the system -- if it's less than three years old, it might. More than that, it likely won't.
