Dell designers absolutely don't care about its customers' experience

Can't believe Dell has decided to kill its flagship product by making it virtually impossible to use the pg up/down keys.  I mean, even if there is a way to make pg up/down work without pressing fn, the height of the key is less than half of a normal key, making it so difficult to press.
