Dell Customer Support is the most Unprofessional service out of all Companies

Every time I speak to someone on the phone, I ask myself why did I chose Dell over other companies. THEIR ENTIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN INDIA. YOU WON'T UNDERSTAND A THING. I don't care if that's rude, the way THEY talk to me is far worse; it honestly is insulting how unprofessional they are. For the record, there hasn't been a SINGLE TIME their joke of "support" has actually resolved anything for me. It's always "I understand sir" "It just is sir" "I'm sorry sir". Never hearing from me or my business colleagues again.
