Camera and Microphone not working on Dell XPS 13 9320 (Windows 11)

Camera and Microphone aren't detecting by XPS. Even the microphone on/off light not working. Please help

I tried factory reset.

I enabled camera//Microphone access to all apps.

reinstalled the drivers
