Blurred and corrupted looking graphics
Hello, my laptops graphics have started doing some odd things, i think the photos demonstrate best: 
it flicks between normal and bad, normal below: 
It seems to only happen on programs that are being run on the intel graphics card, not the nvidea 1050, however i am not certain if its a graphics card issue, driver issue, display issue or hardware issue :(
When gaming (on the 1050) i dont seem to be having the issue. Intel says i have the latest graphics card driver
The issue normally fixes when i interact with the messed up area with the mouse pointer.
laptop is dell xps 9560.

Try a fresh install of Windows as low level driver problems are hard to fix
Get the Dell Support Assistant and use that

Dell support assist seems to say that drivers are up to date. Tried reinstalling my intel graphics driver and it hasn't made a difference.
Graphics card is intel hd graphics 630, i installed version 31.0.101.2130 from Here.
Will try a fresh windows install. Though surely, this would not be any better than running windows update, which says i am up to date.

With the Support Assistant after you install Windows fresh check the hardware to be sure its not faulty
