Bluetooth issue on XPS 15 9520
I am experiencing a problem with the Bluetooth on my laptop. The signal becomes choppy and starts cutting out when the device is about 8 inches away, and it completely loses connection beyond 10 inches. I've tried updating the BIOS, drivers, and all Windows updates, but the issue persists. I've also tested it in various environments, so that's not the cause. If anyone has suggestions on what the issue might be, please let me know. It could be a hardware problem, but there are no visible signs of damage.
