Blank screen on Dell XPS 13 7390 i7 10 th generation
My Dell laptop isn’t turning on it’s showing a sequence of 5 white flashes followed by 3 orange flashes ,what could be the problem and how do l fix it ?When l turn it on the keyboard is lighting but the screen is not turning on.

Try a system reset:
Unplug the system and remove the base cover. Disconnect the battery from the mainboard and hold the power button for 30 sec. Reconnect the battery and replace the base cover.
See if the system will then power up.
If it still shows the same flash code, it's a power rail failure and the mainboard will need to be replaced. You can buy a complete working system for about what a board will cost -- maybe less, and that's before any labor charge for a board replacement. Consider that in deciding to repair or replace the system.
