Bios corruption detected, auto recovery triggered. Update loop
So when I came home like 3 weeks back, my laptop (Inspirion 15 3000) was saying bios corruption detected, auto recovery triggered. Then it went to update and it just kept going through a loop of bios corruption, update, bios corruption, update. I searched and found that pressing esc +ctrl worked for others so I tried it and it showed me like a 2 second. Flicker of the screen that it supposed to show when you do that method and then the bios recovery types btwn the oldesr newest and previous bios. I clicked the newest then it switched off, switched on again and sent me back to the bios corruption detected. Can someone help and tell me if it's a virus or smth that can be fixed😓

Unplug the system and remove the base cover. Disconnect the battery from the mainboard and hold the power button for 30 sec. Then reassemble and try again.
If you need further assistance, please provide:
1. The system model (i.e., Inspiron 3501, 3593, etc.).
2. The operating system it's running.
3. Exactly what "I tried this" means and exactly what happened when you did.
