Battery parameters for Dell xps 17 9700.

HI! My laptop is about 4-5 years old. Yesterday I replaced the battery at an official Dell partner in Bulgaria. Should I set the custom battery settings in Dell Power Manager to: Start charging: 50% Stop charging: 85% if the laptop is ALWAYS plugged in? I read that these settings are recommended for my case, for longer battery life. (Considering that I often play games, the laptop is on all day, goes into sleep mode during breaks, and turns off at night.)
