Battery full charge capacity

I purchased a pre-owned Dell XPS 13 9300 (FHD) and It has full charge battery capacity was 35,000 while purchasing. After using for 2 days, full charge battery capacity is downgrade to 33500?

Is it normal?  What will happen if full charge capacity becomes 0? How can I stop this downgrade?

You really can't, and this battery is about four years old.  It has a design capacity of 52000 mWh, so you've got about 65% of the original runtime left.  That's not bad for a battery this age.

You'll likely need a new battery within a year or so -- once the downward slide starts, it continues and once you see less than 50% of the design capacity, it's time for a new battery.  2-3 years is about where most batteries start to approach their replacement cycle.

Unless you were promised a new battery with the used system, there's nothing you can do but budget for a new battery.

Under normal circumstances, the capacity of the battery will decay over time. This is a normal phenomenon, unless the decay rate is abnormal. When it decays to one-third, the battery actually needs to be replaced.
