AW920K keyboard, Surface Laptop Go 3, AWCC not working
Just got my AW920K. looks cool, but YOU CANNOT FULLY UTILIZE IT! Cuz Dell made a wonderful app called Alienware Control Center 6.0 that ONLY WORKS on Alienware PC! Yet they did not bother to tell buyers that its DOA if you don't have an Alienware PC! Called tech, they say AWCC only compatible w Alienware PC. So why bother selling it without such warning? How can I fully utilize this keyboard?
AWCC 6.0 when installed, will keep on download components and install repeatedly. Nothing happens when Clicking on the AWCC app Connect Device. link just turn from green to gray. nothing else.
Also after installing AWCC 6.0, my Surface Go3 slows down dramatically.

1/2 correct.
On the AW920K Drivers & Downloads page under Windows 11, there are two versions of AWCC 6.x 6.4.15.0. Which one did you install?
The smaller 5.2 MB version states =

The larger Full Installer 610.21 MB version states =
