Anyone have a windows 11 laptop with a snapdragon elite processor?

So i just got a dell xps 13 9345 from mid 2024 which has the snapdragon elite processor, now i am trying to open claude, chat gpt and the windows (for remote desktop) apps but none of them will open.

On windows 11 by the way and fully updated.

Mkaes me think the snapdragon has something to do with it and if so do i need to download certain drivers to fix this?

Now just downloaded and installed discord and ecen discord wont open, whats going on!!
