ALT and ALT Gr keys stopped working on Dell XPS 9440

Question

Out of nowhere they have stopped working, tried almost everything I can find(both here and on reddit + some youtube videos), ran a different windows installation from a bootable USB and same thing ALT keys do not work. Tried the BIOS Diagnostics and they are not working in there also. The laptop is in absolute perfect condition, the keyboard has been barely used as it was used mostly with an external wireless one.

I am running Win11

The palmrest assembly needs to be replaced - if under warranty, call Dell for repair.  Out of warranty you can either obtain a repair estimate from Dell or from a local computer shop.
