Subject: Screen Issue with My New Dell Monitor - Horizontal Lines Appearing
Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a new Dell monitor, and I've been experiencing some problems with the display. I've noticed horizontal lines appearing at the bottom of the screen. The issue is quite distracting, especially when I'm trying to work or watch videos.
I've tried a few troubleshooting steps like restarting the monitor, checking the cable connections, and even updating the drivers, but the issue persists. Has anyone else faced a similar problem? If so, do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?
I would really appreciate any advice or guidance you can provide!

If it's brand new and the lines do appear on the monitor when it's not connected to a system, call for an exchange or refund.

Have the monitor replaced or refunded under the 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

If that was the shipping date, you still have a couple of days to request a refund. If the system is already beyond 30 days from shipment, you have no refund option. Call and have the unit exchanged under warranty. Either way, you need to place a call to Dell support wherever you're located.
