9510 wifi issues when connected to U2723QE and AW2724DM

I'm using the U2723QE as a USB-C hub for my laptop and have it daisy chained to the AW724DM through display port.

I'm randomly getting "no internet" while using this setup, despite being connected to the network. If I unplug the USB-C cable it immediately comes back on my laptop but once I plug it back in it fails again. If i restart the laptop connected to the monitor it will occasionally come back for a bit, but almost always fails after anywhere from 3 minutes to several hours. I've tried updating every driver I can find for the wifi module, my laptop, and the monitors, but nothing is working. I used to just use the U2723QE and never had this issue but once I added in the second monitor it started almost immediately.

Hoping there's an obvious solution here that I've just been missing, since the only issues and solutions I can find similar to this are from years ago and none have seemed to work. TIA.
