24H2 Update
When will the Dell Personal Encryption issue be resolved for the XPS 13 7390 so I can update Windows 11 to 24H2? Currently I'm stuck at 22H2 and can't get anymore updates for Windows 11 from Microsoft.

My XPS 17 9710 is only 2 years old and in Warranty and still will not move up. Pretty much deaf to the issue. Earlier this year support downloaded a Microsoft 24H2 image from the MS web and ran it successfully out of band. Eventually the Laptiop had all kinds of issues and I kept it running daily backups and it seemed fine. Its now been refreshed factory for a bad NVME drive and now has Intel Graphics Install error - 0x80070103 update errors from so I do not believe Dell cares to keep up any longer. I have warranty till Feb 2026 and I seriously doubt it will ever happen. It's not that hard to get there. I have several 2021 HP and MSI laptops that have updated last year - so without them really trying or stating the reasons I will stop promoting Dell to my clients and not buy anoother XPS. Good Luck.
