XPS 8960, Windows 11 multiple issues
My pc withWindows 11 has been working fine for the last year and a half until yesterday when I entered my pin and I received a message that it could not be confirmed.
I tried all of the following:
Attempted to reset the pin.
Rebooted pc
I booted into safe mode - pin still not verified
No option to switch to logging in with password
From Advanced Troubleshooting:
Startup repair
Reset the pc/reinstall windows
Uninstall updates
Repair your pc
No system restore available
I was able to backup my files using the command prompt
I created Windows 11 bootable usb from Microsoft - the issue with that is the boot options do not show my SSD or hard drive although they are shown in the main bios so I cannot figure out how to install a clean version of windows 11.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!

I have to ask did you just get a Win11 24H2 update from an earlier Win11 build?
I would recommend a clean Win11 install of 24H2 and make sure to turn off RAID mode, use AHCI before the install.
