XPS 8960, upgrading memory
In light of the subtleties with adding M.2 SSD to XPS8960 I thought it best to ask if there were any issues with upgrading memory from 16GB (2 x 8GB) to 64GB (2 x 32GB).

There won't be any issue with upgrading memory using Dell validated OEM memory. Although, you don't have to purchase them directly from Dell. See the FAQ XPS 8960 link for Dell OEM memory part numbers https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/xps-desktops/faq-xps-8960/647fa22df4ccf8a8de79bd28
Crucial is well known for Dell compatible memory and guarantee their products to work or return for full refund. You may want to take a look at Crucial memory as well.
