XPS 8960, install BIOS from USB?
How do you do that? I am not a techy person, can you explain the steps on how to do that please?

@MyDoeEyes - Follow the Installation Instructions on the BIOS 2.13.0 page for:
Updating the BIOS from BIOS Boot Menu (independent of operating system)
Use a USB stick up to 32 GB, formatted FAT32. Download the BIOS update file XPS8960_2.13.0_x64.exe onto the USB, not the BIOS_IMG.rcv file also linked on that same page.
After the update launches, PC may look like it shut completely off, one or more times. Leave PC entirely alone until it's safely back at your desktop.
