XPS 8960, i9-14900K running hot, how can I cool down the cores?

I have had the processor changed out twice in Houston since buying this unit in November 2024 (bluescreens, crashes, non responsiveness). I bought my setup for gaming primarily, yet some games are heating the cores to over 90 c to 100c, and those temps are degrading the processor fast. I have the advanced Air Cooling system and a RTX 4070 TI Super GPU. I need a method to cool down this processor without changing hardware or making BIOS changes that would void my warranty. I have read about power management options for laptops, but is there a power management option for desktops as well without messing with the BIOS? I was hoping there was a way to fine tune the processor settings, or easily reduce the maximum processor state to 95-99% on Dell XPS 8960 desktop, or some other workaround to reduce the core temps to under 80c at load without voiding the warranty. Unless the temps can be lowered, the processor will continue to fail and I will not be able to use the computer for the purpose I bought it for: to play games with high FPS and great graphics. The computer is being shipped back to me from Houston repair for the 3rd time this week, and I really need this system to be stable in the future. Thank you for any suggestions you may have to help cool the cores and stabilize this build, so it will last for years to come. What can I do to end this nightmare?

I checked for compatibility with my service tag, and this optimizer version is compatible.  The question is, will this offer me options to choose the "cool" setting if it is installed?  And might this reduce temps, at least a little?
