XPS 8960, BSOD

I have a new Win11 home Dell XPS 8960 w/i9k, 32gig ram, nvidia 4070. I added a second SSD (990 Pro 4TB) and have 2 WD hard disks connected.

I have run the memtest program twice, the BIO tests (extended tests) at least twice and everything comes back normal.

Since I received it (3 months ago) I have had issues with sleep. Sometimes when it goes into hibernate (or sleep) it dies. I know this because when I restart it does a full boot and the boot manager asks if I want to repair or restart. Then I check the logs and see it “unexpectedly shutdown”.

I rebuilt it from scratch using Dell utilities 3-4 times in the first 4 weeks, then I have updated all drivers, programs and OS patches. I even ran a Win11 refresh then reinstalled the Dell Intel drivers. Lastly I reinstalled the Samsung Magician software.

I turned off hibernate since that seemed to have the most issues. Most recently it worked fine for 48 hours, going to sleep and waking properly. Then I left it alone for 20 hours and it, all on its own, BSOD.

I have the 3 different minidumps here if you want: https://1drv.ms/f/c/a9a6f17f67936fb9/EmFu5GycWZtBrgw0_JyfNSQBrSNG8aDHF93OPK9i_B077g?e=lbIX5c

I am pretty desperate at this point because I loss way too much work. My 8920 was solid so I am very concerned this may be a bad PC.

Any and all suggestions or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
