XPS 8960, auto restart after power outage

Looking for help setting my XPS 8960 desktop to automatically power back on when power is restored. I don't see an option in the BIOS for power and I don't see anything under settings. Could someone walk me through the process in layman's terms? I am not savvy but can do some basic stuff.  So when it sees a/c power I want it to start up on it's own.
