XPS 8950, Killer software remnant persists

I have removed Intel's Killer software from a Dell XPS8950 (Intel Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX1675x 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter (210NGW)).

 The software is mostly gone, but a pop-up persists on startup.

"Get an app to open this 'killernetworkmanagerlauncher' link.  Your PC doesn't have an app that can open this link.  Try looking for a compatible app in the Microsoft Store".

I can't find this launcher in startup apps, services, or file search or any other place. 

Any help gratefully received.
