XPS 8950, freezes when opening external app while having VALORANT open
XPS 8950
While I'm playing valorant, whenever I open discord or chrome or something my pc just freezes and I cant click anything and I am forced to hold the power button on my pc to turn it off and back on. This happens at least once a day and I am confused because this is a very new pc.

How much RAM do you have installed and do you have a discrete video card? Does the system crash any other time?

Open Windows Event Viewer and look for any errors that may get logged around the time PC crashes.
If any error gets logged, it could point you in the right direction...
