XPS 8950, BSOD Clock Watchdog Timeout

Recently upon some startups I am getting BSOD with Clock watchdog timeout as the error, not often maybe 1/20 boots. I suspected and installed new ram last night to rule that out (was needing an upgrade anyways) and got an error that something had happened and the system had to restart, I assume it is related to this issue but unsure if it could have just been the ram. THE CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT ERROR WAS HAPPENING BEFORE THE RAM JUST TO BE CLEAR. I suspect maybe it has to do with a recent bios update for this system published on 11/11/25 as it seems maybe this has been happening since then. I do update my GPU via the nvidia app and keep it updated. And I did find this: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-gn/000212479/computers-with-intel-12th-generation-processor-report-a-blue-screen-error

but do not see XPS 8950 listed. Curious if anyone can give further direction to research. I am not opposed to installing an older bios version if thats possible. Not sure if I can roll back an update either? Any advice appreciated.
