XPS 8940, unable to change EUFI to boot from optical drive
Trying to boot from my optical drive but it doesn't show up in the EUFI boot list, just my boot drive and the IPV4 & IPV6 networks.
No Events found!

It needs to have a disc that is already loaded in DVD drive and contains UEFI boot file before it can be detected by UEFI bios as a boot device.
If this were a disc you burned yourself,
there could be a couple of reasons why the disc does not show in bios:
best way is to use original (Dell) OS boot disc.
