XPS 8930, want to make like it just came from factory
I'm trying to reset this pc that they erased the hard drive and they want it to be like it just came out of the box with all the original apps and all. I love this pc but i have tried to do what it found that was suppose to reset it but none of the programs and stuff were their afterwards. How can i make it just like i got it out of the box?

During setting up a new PC, the Out Of the Box Experience, or OOBE, instructed users to create a system image on an external media (USB). Also, the original boot drive most likely contained a system restore partition.
For factory image restore, use Windows Recovery Environment, or WinRE, to reinstall Dell factory image.

Dell does have a factory recovery option that you can run which will do what you are asking.
You can download and install it from Dell and I'm sure that's just one way to run it.

@Element115s4 I have looked for the file or program and I really have no clue to what it is called. Can you please tell me the name of the file, or program.

@CardFan58 , I don't think you have followed the instructions in my link properly. There are different methods for reset, reinstall, and some do offered Dell factory image

@CardFan58
I think others have already mentioned it but a search of Dell recovery should find it.
YOu can run it from the PC itself or if that is not an option, you can run it from a totally different PC and specify the Dell tag (advanced works best).
