XPS 8930, TPM auto disables

I run an older version of Windows 11 which no longer wants to update because TPM is disabled. Which it was from the start. I can enable TPM in the BIOS, but Windows does not see it after the restart. When I then checked the BIOS again TPM turned out to be disabled again. Obviously not by me ;-) Updated the BIOS to 31 and replaced the CMOS battery but same result. Any ideas on this would be very welcome.
